10 Must Know Tips Writing a Flowing Essay

Essay.. essay.. essay.. not much to say, more attention to pay. This, really the haunting part of your college days. For me, for you and for most of us, even the geeky one. Well, while it always be a daunting task to do, it ’s not a wall that can ‘t be pass if you follow this tips.

So based on experiences and some very own researches, here I present you 10 Tips to Write an Essay, the Easy and the Flow Way. Read along, and you wont get your self stuck in the middle of a situation called In Need to Buy Essays. Why you need to buy one, if you can write it on your own? Okay, here we go:

1. Re-Write The Instructions

You always got some requirement from your instructor, right? To help you understand what’s your instructor meant about the Essay Format, and what he or she look for, write the instructions out. Re-write it in your own words, use your own interpretation of these instructions. Bring and check it back with the instructor, just to make sure you still on its required track. Most papers get really really bad grades just simply failed doing so.

2. Sub-Topics Initial List

Make your sub-topics initial list which you ‘d expect to cover. These sub-topics might changed by the time you look more closely into the subject. This pretty much the way to map your goals.

3. Do Some Researches

When I said some, I really meant it. You need to do your researches on each area for each separate topic. Pay attention closely to each separate topic which will lead to your paper ’s main subject. Never put any limitations to your research, take as much as you can get from all internet resources. But keep in mind, use the reputable resources only. You ‘ll gonna need to get more information for other sources, such as educational journals, books and magazine, as another reputable resources.

4. Write, Define and Support Your Response

Get all of your paper’s basic requirements, and write out your responses to ‘em. From here, you ‘ll found your self capability to identify such information :
Questions and tasks you need to find the answers, defining your answers, and things you need to gather to support all your answers.

5. Making Notes for All Stuff

I mean all. Take notes for statements, quotes, or facts. Create an individual index card for each. As it would be useful when you can quickly go through it. Copies of your article sources and notes, consider keeping it in a binder. And if working online is your style, Microsoft Notes or a word processor file would be your best shot as a notes program to keep you organized with some important notes.

6. Do the Right Citations

Get your self enough knowledge about the whole required citation. You know, such thing like APA Citation Style, MLA Citation Style, Citing References: Turabian Style, Chicago Manual of Style Citation Guide. Get to know which one to use for your paper, and follow ‘em. You need it for your formatting guidance.

7. Maintain Your Paper Flow

Make sure you always write transitional sentences or paragraphs. In regard to keep the your paper flows smoothly from topic to topic. This will keep you paper organized, and your sub-topics having its discussion in a logical order.

8. Read It Loud, and Do It in Reverse.

In this tip number 8, I encourage you to read through your written paper. Do it out loud, and by any means – no whisper. The idea of doing this is, to catch writing, basic structural errors and any awkward language. This also would give you a clear idea about all your written arguments all the way the paper progresses, are they written effectively?

By doing it in reverse, will encourages you to look closely at each individual sentences instead of the overall structure. This will also ensures you not to get caught up in your writing flow and skip over problems.

9. Get Your Self Readers

It ’s a must. You need to get your papers being read by others. The intention of it is, to catch logic errors, proofreading errors, and unclear sentences. Get your big brother or sister to help you to do so. Buddies from your class would do just fine, no, even better, as you can get a chance to proofread each other ’s paper.

10. Opening, Closing and Formatting? Do it Last!

Always complete the whole body of your paper writing, and do your opening and closing later. I mean very later. Don’t write ‘em too soon. You need to get your paper in a whole completed idea, so you can be sure first, things you ‘ve covered or missed. Once it okay, you ‘re safe to write your opening and closing.

Last but surely not the least, don ‘t waste your writing time and researches on formatting. Word processors, from any vendors, all of ‘em, always panicking along the way we write. Wrong this, not correct that. Ignore it. Go finish your writing the way you want it, don’t let formatting warning disturb you. You ‘ll waste your time if you let your self got stuck on formatting. Why? It may changed as you write more contents. So keep moving forward, kill the formatting error warning meanwhile.

When you ‘re done, go with the formatting as this is the last thing you need to pay full attention the most. As you and I both already know the writing an English Essay is having way more rules then speaking it. By doing it last, you can concentrate on your grammar, word you use and such.
