I ‘m not really sure I ‘m a family person or not some while back ago, but I ‘m definitely becoming one this day. Since the last 2 hours, I was having the same cup of latte in this same starbucks table staring at the same spot just exactly like this very moment.
An old friend of mine stopping by few hours ago and we were having a lil chit-chat about the headache he had this last couple of weeks as he and his wife looking for a new place to live. They were married 3 years ago, both made a great living as freelance graphic designer, having their first child delivered last year, managed to make some saving and he was coming over to meet me to ask if I got some directions of where to go If he need a hints on a place to live. He was looking for a house.
Find a Home
“So, Jason.. any hints for me?” he asked, right after he got his order right in front of him, a Guatemala Casi Cielo®. I ‘m not exactly ready for this kinda question, as I ‘m still living in my folks house, not to mention I ‘m a graphic designer my self and not really into property thingy. “Well, what kinda house do you really want exactly buddy?” I throw a question to answer his question. Escaping from reality, haha. “Spacey, that’s for sure. Me and Liz (his wife) wanna grow our big family as our old folks did. Really need space for our kids to grow.” He answered with a full honesty on his eyes.
“Ah, this might be the one for you..” It ‘s just flashing in my head – not really sure where it cames from, I just remember I came across to this website not too long ago while I brainstormed for an idea of a property brochure project. Typed the url in my firefox – hit enter, loading, and done. I let him have a look at my L300-EZ1502 Satellite pro screen.
“Schumacher Homes.. looks nice..” he said. He browse around, read some of this site pages, sometimes stop at some pages almost too long. I can see clearly there ‘s something tickles his interest.
A Family Point of View
“Yeap, this definitely is the one I ‘ve been looking for..”
He concluded after almost 20 minutes his fingers playing busy around the mousepad, click here click there, scroll up and under. He ‘s making some notes, and returned my laptop in front of me with a “I found it” looks on his face. “Which one fit you the most?” I throw a plain curiosity.
“Well, I ‘m not really looking at their property yet actually. I ‘ll do that later as I need Liz opinion for this kinda decision. It ‘s their philosophy get me the most, um.. from the about page, if i ‘m not mistaken..” He answered. I opened the about page, I read a bit.
Just like you, we are a family. And because of that, we tend to understand your point of view more than most businesses. We know buying your home is a big decision. After all, where you live – and the home you live in – will greatly influence your family’s future. That’s why, over our 16-year history, and in all of the more than 5,000 custom homes we have built for families, we have worked harder to provide all the support and information needed to make the very best choices, every step of the way.

VALUE
If our homes feel bigger, it `s because they are. But don `t take our word for it. Just look around our homes, and experience it for yourself. These are the rooms you `ll entertain in. These are the spaces where your children will grow. And this is where all those memories will be made. Take a look at the competitors and you `ll see: no other custom homebuilder can maintain this level of craftsmanship and still offer this much square footage for the price.

This family part got me also. Deep down inside. Real deep.
“Hey bud, Are you sure, you ‘re not a mind reader? Coz you ‘ve pointed me the place where it knows exactly how I wanted about my future place.” He throw another interesting question. There ‘s some sorta serious tone in his question. I giggled. “Nope. Seriously. I ‘m not.”
He left almost 3 hours ago now, and I still draw this blank in my mind. Family, kids, our own picket fences home. Why I never thought about it seriously before. This buddy of mine, I was seeing a complete man when I talked to him. I almost forgot that my old bro, Mike is one of them now. I gotta get there and get one my self. Soon. Real soon.
“Yo man..!” somebody slap my head. “Wanna watch Watchmen..?” It’s Nick, another crackhead buddy I used to hangout with. “Sure thing” I replied, and packed my satellite pro.
“Actually I watched it already, Nick.. but this one really worth to experience once more..” I ‘m done packing my stuff, and stand up. “Uh huh, i ‘ve done it twice” he said. And we both went out of Starbucks.
