Traveling.. traveling.. traveling.. This, is one activity that we can ‘t talk about it without involving this famous two words, cheap flights. No, seriously. Unless you own a private jet, we ‘re on the same ground here guys.. So the correct sentence would be, traveling.. traveling.. traveling.. cheap flights.. cheap flights.. cheap flights.. Well that’s just so happened their relationship is strongly bonded, even death couldn’t do them apart. Traveling and cheap flights, what a perfect couple! Ha ha..

So here and now, let’s talk about this one source for our traveling topic. The keynotes are, flights , flight deals, and ofcourse .. cheap flights. There’s this awesome place, Directline Flights, a uk site, that have all stuff we need for our traveling need. All? Yeah, you name it. Airports, City break, Skiing, Car for hire, Flight search, holiday search.
Useful Information
Airports, they have list of airports around the world, which you’ll find useful information for finding cheap flights, airport directions, which airlines fly from that airport, available routes, airport car parking and airport hotels. Well not all countries listed though, but yes, it’s an A to Z list, so I should ‘ve say, they cover the most.
The coolest part of this feature they have is, this information about which airlines fly from that airport, available routes, airport car parking and airport hotels. They really mean it when they said it’s a useful information. It is. Things work exactly the same for information on City break, Skiing, Car for hire, and holiday search. Crystal clear, fully understandable, simple and honest.
Flight Search
The flight search is pretty straight forward, it even have this auto complete feature to help users getting the right idea and direction to fill up the form. You just need to define your destination (flight to), the airport departure (flight from), how many passenger, departs date, and return date if it’s not a one way flight. Hit Search and done. You ‘ll find some great flight deals for you.
The downside of it, is, for some un-knowledgeably users there ‘re some confusing part of this search feature. What about if they don’t know how to complete the departure field? Yeah, it has an auto complete stuff to help. But not much help they can get as when a user enter just a city name, ie: London, this form keep saying “Please select a departure airport for your flight.”
Quite confusing warning. Well, I ‘ve fill “London” for this field, means I ‘ll be depart from any airports in London, I ‘m okay with that, I ‘m trying to get a better deal here. But filling up London as my departure airport, is define as not filling up any at all? How about giving a warning: “There ‘re no flight deals from this place (London) .” That won’t make sense alrite, as there always flight deals if we need a flight from London.
Next confusing stuff is A suggestion to select a departure airport. Where to select? Which one to select from? There ‘re no select options around there.
Things to Consider
It would be helpful - as the other helpful part of this site - if, this form provide a Select options for users. Not everybody knows about Airport codes. The worst part is, if their browser doesn’t support javascript, or it ’s been deactivated. This auto complete feature will be useless.
Next is, some options if their query don’t match any deals in database. Give users some lists to consider, some closer places from their depart or flight to airport.
Just a thought anyway, to keep the whole traveling fun stay where they belong. When people got lost and need some direction, facing confusing system would just make it even worst. They’ll loose it.
Alrite, beside this confusing search system, this site is still one cool place to get direction, to find the best flight deals. Honestly.
